I am good about taking photos. Bad about sharing them. Hence this blog. I have enjoyed photography since I was a kid. My first digital camera was a 1.3 MP Olympus D460 which I received as a gift in 2000 and my passion for photography was born.
I really enjoy the creative challenge of trying to capture a moment – the feel, the view, the mood - for others to share in. (Decent about the former, terrible with the latter. See purpose of blog.) Whether the moment is a special event or the mundane of the everyday or an extraordinary scene provided by the our Creator, I enjoy photographing them all. I find great beauty in so much of what is around us - simple lines, abstract formations, contrasts in lighting. It's all good. Through this blog I hope to share some of it.

I have a little card, refer to it as a "cheat sheet." Does the trick for lighting and I didn't need to take a class...guess you need to know a photographer like I know in order to get something like it...anyway...good work!
